Electric Advantage served as the electrical contractor for this project, completing all required electrical scope of work. Services included:

• Installation of a new utility service, including all main distribution and sub-distribution panels throughout the facility

• Complete installation of new LED lighting and lighting controls

• Power distribution for all mechanical equipment, the elevator, the food preparation area, and the dining area

• Complete installation of an addressable fire alarm system
